Part of this weeks assignment was to create a ThingLink presentation on a topic we chose. We are also to follow and incorporate the ARCS Model of Motivation. I chose the Declaration of Independence as my topic. I have included links to YouTube videos as well as an audio of God Bless the USA by Lee Greenwood. I do plan to use this as part of a social studies lesson in my classroom.

I have a daughter, step-son and step-daughter, and I am now the proud step-grandmother of a beautiful little boy. My husband and I have been married for 6 years. I currently work for Florida Department of Revenue. I served twelve years in the US Army Reserve. I am applying for teaching positions in the Hillsborough County School District. I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BS in Accounting. I plan to seek a Masters of Arts in Teaching.
